Mrs. Menia Pearson

Administrator

Mrs. Pearson attended the University of the District of Columbia where she majored in Business Administration.  She has been employed with Mt. Jezreel Christian School since it opened its doors in September 2005.  She has served in many capacities at the school which includes teaching Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten during the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 school years.  Mrs. Pearson has completed the Childcare Development Certification which is recognized by the Council for Professional Recognition and continues education coursework with the Association for Christian Schools International.  She is currently serving as the Administrator of the school in addition to serving as the Vice Chairman on the Mount Jezreel Christian School Board and serving as a member of the Music and Arts Ministry (MAM).  She loves seeing children learn to read because it opens a new world for them! Mrs. Pearson enjoys singing, reading, watching movies and spending time with her son, grandchildren, and husband of 35 years.  Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths.”
