Deacon Claudette Giles
currently serves asĀ a school board member of the Mount Jezreel Christian School. Her interests in education include effective classroom management, efficient administration and pupil centered learning. She has participated in numerousĀ courses to support the whole child as well as to provide appropriate support and resources to educators.

- 35 years employed by the District of Columbia Public Schools.
- Progressed from Health and Physical Education teacher to Dean of Students, Assistant Principal and served as a Principal for 7 years. Ā Upon her retirement she served as an adjunct professor at PGCC, a monitor for the After School Program in DCPS and a mentor for new teachers in PGCPS.
